As Vern and I sit and think about the year of 2022, we are amazed at how much A Helping Hand has grown.
With 20 employees and over 40 clients, we are certainly busy and blessed. We continue to be humbled by the trust people put in us and the friendships built through our service.
Vern treats each client and their family as a friend. Each night, he sits at his iPad and reads every single note submitted by each of his employees. He monitors what is happening on a daily basis and corresponds with his employees. His heart is in this business and more than anything, he wants to provide the best care as possible.
Vern's mom is also a client now. After 2 back surgeries, she now accepts help with anything from meal preparation to errands and the daily runs to McDonald's. She even rides along with Vern sometimes to visit clients and chats with the client while Vern is cleaning.
With 2022 coming to a close and 2023 knocking on our door, we want to wish you a blessed Christmas as well as Peace, Love, and Joy in the coming year.
But mostly, thank you from our family to yours.
